Top 10 clutch athletes of all time

There has been a lot of these discussions locally here on sports talk radio. It’s been a good debate.

Who's on your top 10?

My top 10 is athletes I have seen in my lifetime and yes I do actually have 3 Yankees on this list.

I will start it off

1. Michael Jordan
2. Joe Montana
3. Reggie Jackson
4. Tom Brady
5. Tiger Woods
6. Bernie Williams
7. Patrick Roy
8. Mariano Rivera
9. Robert Horry
10. Mark Messier

LMAO – Hulk Hogan. That was funny.

Tell me what Steve Nash has really done in the clutch? I guess I would say the same for Kieth Hernandez who I did like as a player. I also think no one compares to Jordan as far as clutch, including Montana who I did have at #2.

Hernandez had nerves of steel and whenever he had to get a hit, he got it. Without Hernandez the Mets never get to the WS, much less win it. I know he is debatable, but from watching him his entire career as a Met I appreciate how clutch he was.

Nash is also debatable, but watching him in the playoffs last year, especially the closeout game in Dallas he nailed big 3's, made clutch passes, etc.

And the Hulkster is the man, he stepped it up for every big match.
