No way any of them 3 are overrated. I never understand that argument about any of those 3.

Cal was good - but the streak... gets WAY too much pub for that...
Ewing... just a big guy ... could have made his team better, but didn't - not a good passer out of the post.
Emmitt... many, many RB's could have run behind that line...
Also... don't understand why you say Troy and not Emmitt...

I am not sure I'd put Troy on that list either. I was striking up some debate and I know his name comes up.

I do think that Smith gets little credit. Most runners have good OL, they still have to be able to hit the hole.

My only beef with Troy is I think you have to play longer than he did to be in best ever category like some mention him. He did have a great run of championships

I don't hear to many people put him in best ever category unless you are talking about playoffs... then, I think he does deserve that cred...

Best Ever... I would put Staubach ahead of Troy... if you're just talking Cowboys...

Ray Lewis...tired of hearing him referred to as maybe the best defender in the history of the NFL when he had a line in front of him most of his career to take blocks away from anyway

Joe Namath

Keyshawn Johnson (tired of hearing him put himself in the same company as great receivers)

terrell davis

Champ Bailey
