Trip to Baton Rouge, LA...could use some info!!

Every year I travel to a different US destination for a National bowling tournament with family and friends.....this year it's in Baton Rouge, LA.

Anyone from the Louisiana area know much about Baton Rouge or have any lodging advice? We will be there late in April for about a week. Casino or hotel, doesn't really matter but we won't be staying at a Motel 6 or any shit like that....

thanks in advance!

I went in spring to New Orleans and it was a lil nasty. Great food tho. I like hanging with crazy Cajuns. They know how to throw down. Ask ****** the crazy coon ass. We did the Honey Island swamp tour and like it alot. But no sure if it will be good late in the year.

I didn't but look at the leaderboard from that year if you can find it....Bruno's Pizza, my dad's team out of Lafayette, won the whole thing that year. It was pretty crazy considering how many teams bowl in it. I believe that was Billings, MT.

Yep, I'm in Billings.

I'm not a bowler but I had to go check it out. Amazing to see that many f'ing lanes together. The Orleans in Vegas has 70-80 lanes, I think the National Tourney has that many, or maybe a little more?

Was cool, none-the-less.
