Trouble withdrawing from Firepay.....

Has anyone used Firepay to fund their bank acct? I deposited money in there more than 6 business days ago and now I want to fund it back to my bank acct. It said to validate your bank acct (which I did) and it'll send a certain deposit amount into your acct and then you should submit that amount on the form they have on the site. I've tried validating my bank acct 4 times in the last 3 days and I still haven't received anything. I also emailed them numerous times trying to get some help and on the form it says they'll get back to you within MINUTES. HA!! It's been more like DAYS cuz I've been trying to do this since Monday and have had not heard back from anyone.


Do they have a phone # to call for assistance or is it email only?

it took 5 days for the validation deposit to show up in my account, if you cannot see that amount on your account don't enter it...it takes a while...withdrawing after takes less time and deposits are almost instant
