Tux Help

so i have to go to a fundraiser, blakc tie event w/ the wife b/c im a corporate thug and all grown up now, ty

should i keep it simple with basic tux and bow tie, or kill em with like some coatail thignies cane and top hat?

was thinking basic tux maybe with a white vest

basic tux..........get a long black tie instead of the standard black bow tie

or white tie, white vest
