TV reporter suffers stroke on air

Did Reporter Suffer Stroke on Live TV?

A news story said it was a stroke, which makes sense for those of us who have had family members go through them

THE ART AND SCIENCE OF PICKING GOLF WINNERS
1. CLOSER with CHARACTER. Certain guys see the finish line and cross it and others are destined for second place.
2. RELAXED CONFIDENCE, FOCUS and a HUNGER to win. It's a mental game and their mind has to be in the right frame with a determination and focus. As Harry Vardon said: "To play well you must feel tranquil and at peace. I have never been troubled by nerves in golf because I felt I had nothing to lose and everything to gain."
3. COURSE. Does the course layout favor the strengths of the golfer and does it expose their weaknesses. Previous form can change immediately for those who feel comfortable on a course and its greens.

I'd been looking for video of that all day. Finally saw a crappy version of it earlier....one of those where someone pointed their videocamera at their tv screen while they played it back from their DVR. The station took it down from their own site, and CBS pulled it from Youtube. She definitely had something happen. Heard she was getting a lot of tests at the hospital, but they hadn't said definitively what it was.

a stroke or some type of seizure makes sense. I went through that when my mom started talking gibberish out of no where, and it was a seizure triggered by a form of brain cancer.

She didnt even go to the hospital. Paramedics checked her on the spot and "cleared" her, so, she just decided to have a friend drive her home.

Anyone close to this scene and the reporter has to know, short of an MRI and Scan, no one can say for sure if she suffered a stroke and/or seizure. Symptoms can disappear quickly but the worst could be yet to come. Small stroke can be the warning sign of a much larger issue.

As of yesterday, saw a doctor but no reports of her having undergone the type of an MRI or Scan. Hope she isnt playing with fire.

She is an alien living among us, one of many, and got her speech warbled. Not enough training on the mother ship I presume...

Nice comment . If you have children I hope that nothing like this happens to them. After reading this comment first thing that came to my mind was, what an idiot .

What is awful? OK from what? She has made a statement she is perfectly fine, and has no current medical condition.
