Two-A-Days....Hoover U featured tonite
10:30PM EST tonite on MTV. I would recommend everyone watch it. Follows football players for Hoover High School in Birmingham, AL now ranked by SI as the number one HS football program in America. I have one cousin who played at Hoover two years ago and another who will be shown prominently on the series and I am friends with several of the coaches.
If you don't know much about Hoover High School, it's a very interesting story. If your a football fan, you'll be astounded by Hoover. The football program is run better than most D-1 colleges. The '05 season featured was a very compelling season as well. They lost a regular season game on the road at Tuscaloosa County and after the game Coach Rush Probst was quoted by the media saying some really harsh things about the team which caused a huge stir among the parents. The Bucs played the first national televised HS game last season routing Nease HS in FL by 3 TDs and they came back and won the state championship anyway.

hated every second of it. Espically the end ofthe day when you had to do sprints.

we used to call these things where you run in place and when coached blew the whistle you had to drop down and pop back up grass drills did you have to do them as well? i hated those things.
