'i' would go but ONLY to keep betting ON North American >>>SOIL<<<<if only to keep the $$$$ flowing in OUR economy....but would like to 'see' CURRANCY ACCOUNTS being allowed to be opened at a local 'off-track' for the ''sole'' purpose of betting into the international pools races....even via internet....( internet service to be allowedat/on tracks/local off-tracks only...lol....( pay-as-'you'-go concept....lol...
