U.S. Hospitals with armed Police 24/7
when my wife told me that her hospital has 2 full time police officers in the building 24/7 on top of their own security , it sort of made me wonder.

Is that what we really are ? A dangerous society ?

And I am in the Midwest, not a huge City.

Probably to protect the Oxy from armed robbers. Many pharmacies get robbed, and some have stopped carrying Oxy.

Fairly common.......at night it gets more serious. In most emergency rooms around here its common to see several armed police officers stationed in the emergency room after dark.
