Uggh !! What a joke !!!

My Head !!! Ran into a drunk buddy of mine last night. i was parked and he seen me and pulled up on the side of my truck ( F-150 ) with in his wifes brand new escalade. anyways... he fawking gets out without putting the thing in park. fawking thing rolls ( His tires were aiming at my truck due to how he turned in ) he tries to catch it to hit the breaks GETS JACKKNIFED in between my driver side rear and his truck.. he does a 180 and ends up face down on his knees,( i felt like kicking him in the fawking head right there ) so i had to get out and chase his truck from crashing into a something. i'm still in shock to wtf happened. i got a good 2 grand in damage. his truck seems to have some minor bumper damage. this was i night so who knows.

Now heres the thing.. he doesnt want his wife finding out about this. he asks me to put it on my insurance and that he would pay my deductible. i told him he was high on crack. so he said he'll pay it out of his pocket. i havent talked to him yet today to see if he had a change of heart of putting it in through his insurance or not. What a joke.

it really isnt the money cause i know i'll get either way. its the fact now that i gotta go through the headach of getting it fixed, getting a loaner and having to deal with these dragged out body shops to get my truck back in a reasonable time.

What a bunch of chit cause of an idiot forgetting to put it in park.

I Saw Something Like That Happen At Mc Donalds On My City About Two Months Ago , A Guy Forgot To Put Park On His Car It Was A Volkswagen , The Car Crashed In A Wall

his rental coveragw wouldnt kick in since he is not using his insurance. However his buddies insurance should take care of him

Actually just added it to my policy after the new year when a friend got in an accident and had no ride. $25 a year will get you rental coverage for a Full Size replacement. Told the agent to quit wastin' my time and add it.

Nice try but how are you going to explain the damage if it was your fault????
Anyone with experience in auto body would know he hit you, not the other way around.

If you claim it on your insurance, your future insurance rate will likely go up. Is he going to pay your rate increase for the next 5 years??
