UIEGA Laws
The new UIEGA Laws are set to take effect on June 1st. What does this do to the off shore industry and the players who use these books.

I personally think to the average guy, not much. Most of this has been happening already so I'm thinking June 1st is just another date. I don't think the average person will notice much difference except maybe credit card transactions being difficult which they already are at many places already. Just my opinion

I'll also add as long as there is gamblers there will be sportsbooks & gamblers are not stopping gambling anytime soon. People will find away & most books are always looking for new ways to make it happen

I've had a much harder time using credit cards the past week or so, now I think I know why.
