People need to understand that "NO" means no! Because the dog was drunk and rubbed up against you does not give you the right to get him in the err sack.

I was wondering what the dogs name was, but realized that the authorities probably hadn't notified the next of kin when this story came out. Apparently, the dog had some a cousin in florida at the dog races and an uncle in a local dog pound. I'm wondering if this constitutes puppy molesting, I guess the dog was over 16 years old.
