Vacation Time or Money?

I get 4 weeks vacation a year and I usually take two weeks off and grab the cash for the other 2. What does everyone else do?

I get five weeks paid vacation and use every last day throughout the year. They are giving you paid days off and you have to be a fool not to use them. Do you love your job that much?

I take a few big trips a year and the other days I try and use around the holidays.
