VCR Tapes, Vinyl Records, Cassettes etc?

Anyone still use any of these old forms of media. I still have a VCR and do have it hooked up to the tele because I find video tapes at garage sales and thrift shops that are many times being given away so its sometimes worth looking out for obscure movies.

Still have some VCR tapes of the Lakers Championships w/ Magic and crew.

Had a damn good collection of albums back in the day, no clue where they went.

100's of cassettes laying around, not sure why. lol

My dad passed away in June. He always had an old stereo in the garage/shop. Next to it was a case of 8-tracks. We jammed to some BTO over a few beers remembering pops.

I have some great HBO movies from the 80s recorded on VHS that were never released on DVD.

Chopping Mall.... one of my faves.

Gotta keep a VCR around even though it is sparingly used

Used to have about 10,000 Classic Rock LP's in my early 20's and cut that down to 2,000 in my early 30's. Been thinking lately of reducing it to 300. (I have a few in there worth about $30 each but most are worth $1 or $2 if a dealer would buy them off me).

Have about 1,600 45 RPMs but theses I'll keep.

Always loved the sound of vinyl.

Never did like any Tape media.

Beta is the way to go for a lot of those older games. Have a bunch transferred to dvd here that I pop in from time to time. Not as old as that but just got a Steelers-Bills game from 91 yesterday
