I'm a huge fan of the Red Rock. Its an off strip property out in Summerlin, but its a great casino w/ an awesome book.

Mirage for atmosphere. Spent so much time on the beach I can't really speak of the sportsbook.

Mirage, Palazzo (sp?) are good. I'm going next weekend w/ a guy who swears by Red Rock. I'm @ MGM but I guess we're going out there to watch football.

idk why no one ever mentions ceasars palace for this question, i think their book is overwhelming in a very "vegas" way.
