Question Vibram 5 finger shoes

anyone own a pair? big sale at REI and might buy a pair

I tried them on before, way comfortable only drawback I see is getting them on and off

they are awesome. I am a big fan of them.

I need a new pair. I had the Classic, but i think i'll like the KSO or Trek better.

oh and at the beginning its a PITA, but after a few days, you catch on the trick to putting them on. start from small to big toe. The Classic model is definitely easier to put on though.

they are very very comfortable. It helps you develop muscles that you normally cant because shoes wont let you. There is also research done that shows how nowadays shoes are the cause for most people's back and lower body problems as they age.

For about 2 years i thought they were horrible. Finally one day I was at a specialized running store and they had them there. tried them on and got hooked.

they feel a little awkward at the beginning but after a few hours you dont even notice.

no thigh master but use a power plate after workouts, very nice, tingly
