they are awesome. I am a big fan of them.

oh and at the beginning its a PITA, but after a few days, you catch on the trick to putting them on. start from small to big toe. The Classic model is definitely easier to put on though.

they are very very comfortable. It helps you develop muscles that you normally cant because shoes wont let you. There is also research done that shows how nowadays shoes are the cause for most people's back and lower body problems as they age.
For about 2 years i thought they were horrible. Finally one day I was at a specialized running store and they had them there. tried them on and got hooked. |

they feel a little awkward at the beginning but after a few hours you dont even notice.

have it on good authority Rome takes a 20 min aerobics class 3 times a week and uses a thigh master while he watches TV at night, tip top condition

no thigh master but use a power plate after workouts, very nice, tingly
