Videogames too hard or too much testosterone?

I haven't played videogames in years and just played NHL 08 on my bro's PS2. WTF is up with the ref pretending to drop the puck, so I make my sweep but he doesn't drop it, then after I made my sweep he drops it so I lose the draw. Pissing me off to no end. I got so mad I felt like smashing the controller.

I used to get mad at videogames when I was a kid but never a sports game. Just hard stuff like the original Metal Gear on NES. Ever since I started lifting weights again I've been getting mad at a lot of things. Could this be too much test?

I need the doctors on this site to evaluate me.

I'm certainly no doctor but I've been a gym goer for over 15 years. The anger thing can obviously be any of a number of things. A key source of anger is frustration but there can be a million environmental or emotional aspects to this.
I can tell you that there are certain phases while I'm lifting that it just feels like I'm much more on edge and that maybe my testosterone levels are higher.
My only advice my friend is breathe and relax.

Try hitting your wife when you are mad , that way you won't do anything stupid or rash.

Friday was leg day and after heavy leg exercises the body is supposed to release the most testosterone into your system. That's why I was figuring maybe it's test levels. I also recently quit drinking, which would up my testosterone even more.

So you'll put manufactured narcotics in your body, but nothing natural like marijuana huh?

Not that I have ever done it (any drugs except alcohol for that matter), but it's not worth it... good while your "in the moment," but afterwards will make staying in shape harder - you might even grow (.)(.)s (man-boobs)... I know a few guys like that - same kind of diet/workout too... just my $.02

I wouldn't take steroids unless I was going to compete. And there are no plans for that at the moment, nor in the future.

I've never tried but if you do just make sure you know what you're doing. A lot of the guys I used to lift with all cycled off and on with a lot of success. Not that I condone it by any means but if you start considering it atleast check out a message board like elitefitness or something.
