Want to start Reading more, book recommendations?

Need a hobby, too much time on my hands. Plan to start reading more, or should I say just flat out start. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Check out something from Malcolm Gladwell like "Tipping Point" or "Outliers". Also like "Black Swan" by Nassim Talib (not the same one as the movie). Those are all non-fiction. Were you looking for fiction, non-fiction? Also depending on your interests I can recommend some books.

I am really open to anything fiction or non fiction. I have never been a big reader so at this point I dont know what I prefer. Obviously I am intrigued by anything sports or gambling oriented but I would not like my new hobby to just be reading about my other hobby.

Even though I have not been a big reader I have been a big movie watcher and have always enjoyed mysteries/thrillers if that helps spark some ideas.

And thanks for the responses thus far guys, I do appreciate it and will definitely be checking these out.
