Watching ANAD for a possible short

Here is the Semiconductor index today, it was closing at highs and trending up from 1pm to the closing bell.

While ANAD was doing the opposite and looks overbought to me. Could be why it had nothing left during the semi rally today. Look at the 3 and 6 month chart. I will watch to see how the Semi's open and to see how this stock starts off. If i short, 12.55 would be the stop loss.
