It's about time for the books that are privately owned to expalin why there was no PLAN B
It did not take a rocket scientist to see that the near future for a publicly traded company on the London stock exchange(neteller) meeting the needs of players in the USA where bleak at best
and do not give me any BS about neteller's promise of 90 day notice
Something should have been in place and ready to go no later than Dec 1st(approx 6weeks after port security bill)
or least something should be almost finished a week or two before March Madness
About a week after they arrested the BOS executives the major books should have started working on something
it's not that difficult..here are few ideas of the top of my head

Pool your resources with the other books/poker rooms and start your own bank

open a book store and music store so you could hide the transactions

Offer an Native American indian tribe a "boat load of money" to build a post office and than tell them to offer a partial citzenship for nominal fee
(Indian tribes make there own rules as who is a memeber) We all join and we have a po box on the tribes land to get mail etc...Both the USA and Canada would be Pizzed but they won't mess with The native peoples

Stupidty
Greed
Laziness

And now you expect me to jump through hoops to get money down to you and you have to jump through twices as many to get it back
I would hope in this day and age some thought and disscusion went into this back in October and I will be pleasently supprised in the next few days
