JD Duarte - Director of Operations

With almost 10 years in the business, Duarte has developed his career in BetCris from his starts as a wagering clerk, going all the way up to be the head of International Operations.
His background covers wide areas such as Human Resources, Software Development and Bookmaking.
Recognized as one of the most experienced persons in the industry, Duarte leads BetCris’ operations in it’s newest business venture: Latin American Market and continues to be a key part of the company’s rapid growth after two decades of history.

Ariel Espinoza, MBA – Marketing Director

Espinoza has been in the industry for more than 5 years now and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing, specialized in Internet Marketing.
Customer-focused professional with experience in Search Engine Optimization, and Search Engine Marketing, Affiliate Programs, Online Advertising, Print Advertising, Customer Service, Project Development and Traditional Marketing.
He serves also as Marketing Manager Ad Honorem at ArtStudioMagazine.com, a virtual arts and entertainment magazine based in Costa Rica where also writes marketing articles, and works as a consultant.

Anthony Torres – Customer Service Manager

Former US Marine joined the sportsbook industry in February of 2000.
He was trained to perform duties as a line manager. After one year, he ran the customer service department.
When he entered BetCRIS he was part of the Props Team and then was asked to manage Customer Service. Torres is now in charge of the supervision and insurance of providing the first class quality customer service BetCris gives to the clients.
His role was extended to Sales Manager earlier this year.

Jack Lindsey – Line Manager

Lindsey is one of BetCris’ veterans. He has been with the company for 5 years but in the sportsbook industry for more than 25.
His duties in the company started early on year 2000 as assistant to the Head Line Manager and was quickly promoted due to his outstanding skills in this area.
Now as a Line Manager himself Lindsey puts in practice all his expertise to continue to make BetCris as the place Where the Line Originates.



Shane Catford – Line Manager

Catford is a Line Manager at BetCris in all main sports, risk management duties and generation of new betting events.
He is responsible for the running and supervision of the BetCris European Sports Department and also is part of the BetCris Media Liaison team for Sports Betting inquiries and information.
Carford has been in the industry for 10 years in areas such as Marketing, Odd Making and overall betting related functions.
He has frequent sections and columns on BetCris.com and is a constant information source for major betting sites.
