We are proud to announce this group as some of the newest moderators of Cappers Mall to compliment the current group already in place. We could not add every single person who applied and everyone who applied, who are not on this list will be considered at a later date.

For future references on how to become a moderator

How can I become a Moderator?

The best way to become a Moderator is to establish yourself as a community leader in the forums that you're interested in. Developing a great reputation in one forum may allow for a head start in another. If you are actively helpful in forums that already have a moderator, this may increase your chance of being chosen as a Moderator for future forums. For new forums that are just starting to grow, this means being helpful and supportive. It's also a great way to become a co-mod of a forum if it’s thought to be needed

Posting history is very important, but it's not the only reason someone may be chosen to moderate a forum. What we look for the most with regard to posting history is quality. In other words, a person will not be accepted just because they reply to every post in the forum. Again, quantity is important, but quality speaks louder than your post count. As a result, quite a number of visitors are recommended to become a moderator for a specific forum, in part, due to the over-all attitude they display the forums.

Moderators are not here to tell you what to do, unless of course you are doing the wrong thing, and they should never boss you around. In fact, all of them are very intelligent, fun people who are great to get to know as friends. For the protection of all of the sites visitors, they will enforce the few Cappers Mall rules as well as increase participation.

All moderators start with a 6 month trial period.

solid choices. thanx for making this a great place to hang out doc and moderators. i can't visit as much as some member but it really is a terrific setup with information and a place where i can get away from real life once in a while.

Congrats to all the new mods.

Now that you have been put into a position of authority, use the authority wisely and apply it evenly.

Do not let your own personal biases dictate your decision making.
