Went to an N.E.R.D concert last night

Up at Northwestern.

I have seen them in concert before out on the mid-atlantic. I still have to say; seeing them and The Roots are the two best concerts I have been to as far as concerts in the hip hop community are concerned.

Pharrell definitely got the crowd fired up, bouncing, rowdy and moshing. Not to mention all the cute punk/skater/hipster girls that were around as well.

I might be talkin to a wall as I know the majority here will make no connection to this post.

But hey, it was a great concert.

have seen the roots, kanye, and lupe out of that scene...roots blew the other 2 out of the water, w.o. a doubt

You might be talking to a wall about that hip hop genre of music and mosh pits which I kinda "fear" as I'm not interested in dying being trampled or stampeded on should something go wrong with it--and never been part of TG but you can talk all you want about about cute punk/skater (whatever that means)/hipster girls. Many Punk chix are interesting and very nice to look at . Punk Music may have been the garbage of Rock Music but there was some good tunes/bands out there at the time to help its followers with any frustrations in life. I'm glad the Punk Sound is still alive in some bands and the chix are a-plenty on weekends.
