What Angers You About Today`s Businesses?
The number one complaint from me is customer service. It totally sucks.
Also, no common sense and they all complain about low sales. If you add 1 + 1 that = 2 Customer service is what drives sales you morons! Also train your employees the right way so they know how to answer a customers question!

Yeah cust. service can be brutal.....should be a huge priority in getting it excellent for any business, but sadly many still miss the boat.

If you think customer service is bad here in North America then try with other companies in Africa, South America, and Asia. The term "customer service" doesn't exist. Having said that, sometimes it can be a real pain here.
I hate the banking/financial industries as well as the oil companies. Some of the biggest crroks if you ask me. |

Getting dif't anserws from dif't ppl who work for same co
for ex , recently tried to upgrade a phone for me + girl, 1- talked to Co on phone said no prob 2- go to kiosk store , they say , sorry i bring up your acct , not letting me upgrade 3- go to the actual phone store , same mall , this guy's a bit more knowledgeable, he says here's your prob , because you're on a couples plan of only $ 20 each , its not letting you upgrade unless you cancel your contract , upgrade acct and enter another x yr contract and get new phones , i'm only retail here , so i'm not bus , i'd suggest calling them and asking "what can you do for me?" We go home , next day , tell them our problem , phone , co rep say you been a customer of ours 5 + yrs , i see no prob why we can't upgrade your phones , to $ 300 new ones , -0- dollars on a new 2 yr contract same as current terms.. hang on i'll punch in a few codes . go to store tomorrow , should be ok went to store , got new phones you'd think 1 call i could have gotten the correct answer ..

Getting the run around, meaning nobody can give me an answer.
Punching in acct # etc. then first question rep asks is acct#, seems like a waste of time. It is always the systems/computers fault or the mysterious them that is preventing me from having problem fixed. |

Incompetence. I called in two medications to the Dr office, I only get one. I get a sprinkler put in, they forget the permit. I get the oil changed they leave the cap off. This all happened last week, but happens all the time. Every time I leave it or put the trust in someone else's hands they screw it up. I always said, if I did my job like 99% of the people, I would get fired before the day was over. It just amazing to me how many people don't pay attention to the what they are doing. Hence the medication

Out sourcing customer service and pay centers to other countries....I had an incident with HH Gregg....I paid it off months ago in full....They later said I didnt pay $9....I called and told them I was paying it off in full...The Indian man later told me that I had paid it off and they would report that to the credit bureau.....As of last week they hadnt reported it like they said they would......
