What do linesmakers make in their own $$$?
A few random but intersting questions:
> anyone have any idea what a linesmaker, say at Pinnacle, would make in a year as a salary or bonusable structure? > how about one of the top LVSC guys? > are linesmakers allowed to bet at their own or other books?

Bill Sadlier from Bay Village, OH(of Dr. Sam Shepard Murder Case fame) was Sportsbook Manager at Harrahs-Reno back in the early 90s.
His pay stunk...he got no tips. His subordinates had a certain time limit to get out of casino after shift ended... ..not allowed to bet at Harrahs on ANY table games or slots. I never asked about seeing shows..outside of Tahoe...Harrahs-Reno had the only good shows in town(Susan Anton...Roy Clark, etc) Don't know about restaurant dining either.
