What does this new law mean?

Can anyone tell me. What does this new law mean? I play poker, cash games, online.

1. Does this mean that I can't deposit money via neteller anymore?

2. WIll the sites still be able to host online internet real money games?

Sent an e-mail to my site pokerstars. This was their response.



The new law will mean that US banks and financial services will not be
allowed to transfer funds or accept funds from gambling sites. It does
not
prevent anyone from the US playing at the site with money that they
currently have there, but you cannot deposit of withdraw funds directly
from/to a bank account. However, there are ways to avoid this such as
opening up a neteller account, which you can move funds to directly
from a
bank account or credit card, and then move funds from there to any
pokersite.

Management however are currently looking into the bill with the legal
team, and they will come to a decision about allowing U.S players to
continue playing at the account. We hope to have a decision regarding
this
very early next week.
