What is an infraction?

Infractions are issued by moderators when constant rules are broken. All moderators will make every effort to resolve without issuing infractions when possible.

Infraction Penalties (this is automatically done by the system)

1st infraction received is a warning
2nd infraction will result with an automatic 7 day ban
3rd infraction - will result with an automatic 30 day ban
4th infraction - will result with an automatic 1 year ban

Infractions

1. Disrespecting another member
Please try and debate the "topic" of the thread rather than making it personal with the poster who has an opinion you do not agree with. We try and be flexible but please avoid crossing a line.

2. Trolling or Continuous Baiting
This is for members who continue to instigate or disrupt the forum without any respect for guidelines. There is a fine line from heated sports debates and pick threads so it is a bit of a judgment call for the moderators. We try and be patient and flexible when it comes to in-game threads and opinionated sports topics.

3. Kicking when down
When someone posts their picks and has an off night, they do not need a post from you "kicking them when they are down".

4. Inappropriate Behavior (or other)
This could be anything inappropriate not posted above.


These infractions could result in an immediate ban

1. Racial Hate, Death Threats - will automatically get you a 30 day ban and a further review by us which most likely will result in a permanent ban.

These infractions could result in immediate temp or perm ban

1. Posting Contact Info in the forums.

2. Abuse of the Rewards system in anyway

3. Posting False or deceiving records (this is case by case). YOu don't have to keep a record. IF you do, keep it right.

Spam

Spam is an automatic ban.
