What was most exciting non planned event you've seen on TV?

For me, not sure anything could surpass the Bronco chase. Poor OJ, that was exciting

Name some others

Two come to mind.

9/11 when the second plane crashed into the tower on live tv.

and

Janet Jackson nipple slip.

I must clarify neither of those were exciting, but they rise as the most unexpected 'oh my ' moments that I've experienced.

As tragic as it was nothing can compare to watching that horror unfold live on TV. Still can picture it like yesterday and will never forget where i was that day.

Also Jack the OJ one is good as well, will never forget that.

Another that doesn't really fall under exciting, but more the "oh My" category...

Jack Ruby shooting Lee Harvey Oswald on live TV. I know alot are not old enough to have seen that but was one of the more amazing things along with 9/11 events I ever saw. I was only 8 but still remember it...

I don't think anything could ever match 9/11(don't mean for the exciting concept obviously)

It was almost like North America was a virgin when it comes to something like this happening and god forbid if it were to happen again I don't think there would be this innocence that we all felt we lost on that day. I keep thinking to myself on that day that this doesn't happen here, this happens in other parts of the world but not here and I think that made that event so much more intense on top of the tragedy that was occuring right before our eyes.
