What is the most money you have ever spent on a ticket to a sporting event/concert?

Spent $250 for my Super Bowl XXVII ticket which was $100 over face value.

What have you spent and do you support brokers/scalpers?

I might be in the minority, but paying excessive amounts to go see anything really isn't my deal. I'd rather throw that cash at some booz and food and have the fellas over to watch the game... not too many of them though...

I've seen too many a concert and too many a sporting event for free in suites to want to pay for crappy seats... saw Jimmy Buffet recently (for free) $150 ticket price... and I still had to watch the big screen. The pre-party (Fri/Sat) is where it was at for me... People (boob) watching, drinking, cooking out... etc.

I agree with Ranpicks.....I have had the chance to go to several Brewers games (In a company box) and 1 Packer game in IL for free and both were awesome seats. I get mad as well then if I gotta pay $50 for a Bucks or Brewers game and it is nowhere near as nice.

The most I ever payed was $125 (Actually $250 for 2) for Packers tickets at Lambeau about 4 years ago. Bought it from some BS ticket king place but it was the only way I could get tickets and I had not been to Lambeau in awhile. It was worth it, but I would not do it for much more.

I guess besides the single game ticket the most would be my PSL at Lincoln Financial when it first opened. Nice piece of change dont really want to say but it is well up in the 1000s not the 20,000 the Giants fans will spend though

$102.50 for ringside seats at an ECW pay-per-view in Marietta, GA. This was face value. Great show!! It was at the height of Al Snow and his Head (wrestling fans will get this) - what a blast!!!
