What odds do you regularly bet at?
What odds do you regularly bet at using your betting strategy? I know everyone have different stategies in terms of betting and profits, but what are lines that you regularly bet at like anything under -130 or so.
Do you have a maximum that you wont wager like you would never wager anything under -180 perhaps, or doesnt matter as long you have an edge on a side. Does break-even matter when evaluating lines, for example when betting -150, you will need to hit 60% of those bets to break even. At what point do you consider an alternate line like if a team money line is -200 and the run line is -120, is there better value betting the run line then. Thanks |

For basketball and football I try to keep it under -110 but sometimes I will pay extra off of key numbers (e.g paying -120 for Georgia -7 today), -130 is really too much though I'd probably stay away. That's only betting spreads, but in hockey I bet mainly ML and mostly dogs up to +160.
And yes break-even matters, I'm betting for the long run not to win one game. No alternate lines, if I don't see value in the line I won't bet it.
