What putter do you use?

I'm looking to get a new putter. Any recommendations? I currently have an Odessey blade putter. I want to get a mallet style putter instead.

Leaning to the Taylor Made Spider. Looks weird but it's getting good reviews.

Any others I should consider?

Putted with an old, beat up Ping 'My Day' for years (kinda like a Ping Zing). Still got it and pull it back out when the stroke is a bit off...(insert masturbation joke)

Got a Odyssey 2Ball mallet two summers back and I love it. 34" (better control) White Steel model. You can find a good number of 'em in decent shape on eBay...rolls the ball very true, esp on slick greens

Heavy putter

Not sure you are strong enough to pick it up though.

Odyssey 2 ball here...love it

Had an Odyssey blade before it and I'm glad I made the switch.

A little heavier and it flows easier through the zone

I prefer blade style putters but there is one mallet style I have used in the past and from time to time still go back to it when my feel is off. The Ping Craz-E is by far one of the best mallet style putters available. The second best in my opinion would be the Oddessy Saturn Three-ball putter. But by far the Ping Craz-E has the feel and control for all types of greens and putts a very nice topspin roll on the ball.

Ratings schmatings

Find one you like..... If it cost $20 and a garage sale or $300 at your local bend over I'm gonna give it to you golf shop.

I've been playing for 20 years and have had 3 putters.

The key to buying clubs is to go see your club pro and the end of the season when he wants to dump year end inventory.

Great deals can be had that way

Paid $75 for my Odyssey 2 ball
