5 Dimes has decent in-game wagering IMO.

for sunday night baseball and games on ESPN. they do a pretty good job i find, but for some of their other in-game wagering, its not as good

5dimes and matchbook are decent options for US clients. I use 7 or so, betfair is the best when the markets you are betting on are popular. Many other UK and Aussie books are decent for live.
