Pinnacle sports is mine, they usually have sharp lines from what I have seen.

While Pinny is overall great (for you non-US people); wouldn't the perpetually sharp lines work against you --

But if I'm looking for a play on an underdog I look to BoDog, which always seems to have softer lines for dogs.
