what are some features you like in sportsbooks......

That aren't considered by most to be a big deal, not talking the major things such as line competitive, large range of sports and options, fast cashouts/payouts etc.

Here are some for me :

*No idle log out time
*Not having to have to contact customer service for a payout eg. all can be done on the site with no contact
*Fast loading pages (eg The Greek)
*Live help, with representitives usually avaliable

I don't mind having to log back in after being idle. The others are all nice though

A good feature would be to have a setting for the Idle log out time, you can have it or not the choice is yours. Then both parties are happy.
