What sport are the athletes or players most overpaid?
What sport are the athletes or players most overpaid?
Think of it in terms of what is required relative to what they earn, standard, or anyway you like. Have heard on sports radio today that golf is a common theme. While I can see where they are coming from, I disagree to a certain extent b/c the standard required is so damn high. What sport or league in your opinion?

NBA for sure. The shit players make $5 Mil. How is it golf? If they dont perform they dont make shit. The top player makes around $6-$7 million each year, the NBA $25 Million. The 10th man on the bench of the NBA makes as much as the top golfer.
Second is MLB, but it is really only the top players in MLB. MLB is very unbalanced as players make $20 Mil and others make $500K. But playing 162 MLB games is tougher than you think. I played in a mens fast picth league for a couple years and it was more physicaly demanding than you think and that was manybe 20 games. Playing a game 6 days of the week is tougher than many would think.

Golf is paid out the way it should be. The better you perform the more you earn.
Try that in the NBA and the whiney overpaid underachievers would go ape-shit.
