At what time do you tend......
To do your best capping?
For me its usually 2am or so.

judging by my results from this baseball season, the answer would be "never". LOL
Ordinarily though I do my best capping around 7:00-7:30 am.

Usually in the morning time between 8 am and 10 am. That is normally the most quiet time I have.

I like looking at games after everyones asleep, then re-evaluating the ones I really like the next mornin and eventually fianlizing in the time up to game time..like to keep with line movements throughout the day too. obv.

the night before i look at game to get initial leans, and then in the morning I do the research....as Bosox said...i have alot of quiet time early in the morning since i get here before everyone else
