What is the winnings for a favorite? dog?

Im having trouble figuring out how exactly the wagers are being added. If you bet a favorite...say (-145 or a -190) how much do actually win to your total? [i.e.] I see that a +amt (dog) gives you the amount you put in...say a +137 adds 137 pts to your total. so how much does a -137 add to your total if it wins?

if its -137, u have to spend 137 to win 100. but if you're not spending that much, a lil mathematical way to find how much you win is.

100 / (divided) 137 (the odd) = 0.7299

0.7299 x $50 (u wanna bet) = $36.50

so on a -137, if u bet 50 ud win 36.50

I was referring to PODs..sorry i didnt make that clear...so all favorites will only score 100 for PODS?

that is correct...and any losses on that fave will be whatever the number was...any wins on a dog will be what you see as the value of it...and any losses on a dog will be -100
