This is a tough one for me but it would have to be a large lobster tail with garlic butter, steamed broccoli, garlic mashed potatoes & some Ben & Jerry's Peanut Butter Cup ice cream.

A dozen oysters on the half-shell and a dozen char-grilled oysters from Acme in the Quarter, Shrimp bread pudding from Stella in SLC, sweet potatoes from the buffet at Beau Rivage in Biloxi, and blueberry sourcream pie from The Dodo in SLC, and wash it all down with an Abita Amber beer and a Fudgesicle daquiri from Daquiris Now in Slidell, LA.
