Question What is your blood pressure?

Just curious.

Mine is 144/80 not too healthy. Pulse rate is 39-49 which is very good. But I guess sweating out bets Isn't helping my blood pressure. What is your blood pressure?

130/80.

I started working out at lunch 4-5 days a week to get it to drop to a respectable level.

At one point it hit 240 over 160. Now with the Benicar 40 mg it stays in between 130 or 140 over 75 or 85. I`ve always had a high pulse rate between 80-100 beats a minute. I do like my booze and cigarettes which keep it elevated at times.
