What is your resting pulse rate ?

Some of you may now I am a fitness consultant / trainer by profession.

I come here for sportsbetting and pretty much like to keep my focus on that here. So don't want to get into it too much.

Your resting pulse rate is a good measure in most cases of your fitness.

What is yours ? I am posting this because many people are deluded by their fitness, If one person comes away after reading this and Improves their lifestyle, thens its thumbs up for the thread.


Below is a basic table to tell you where you are at....



*Good* = 42-61


*Satisfactory* = 62-82


*Poor* = 83-100


I have lots of good literature on it but had trouble finding a site with a decent table.

You must have alot of muscle and quite low body fat to be 49 at that height and weight!

fellas....if u workout, run daily and eat pizzza and cinasticks in moderration you too can have a rate such as mine.

Right at 60.I am 6ft and 210 now(Lost 15 lbs in the last few months)and 45 years old.I have cut sugar out completly and the difference is amazingy.I was a 3 or 4 soda a day addict.LOL.I have had 0 in the last 4 months.
