I buy some nice thick turkey fillets, cut em into bit size pieces , marinate in Frank's Hot Sauce for half a day and then grill em in a aluminum pan
very tasty

Use some Texas Pete's.....you'll never use Frank's again.

Less of a metallic taste, more of a smoked pepper taste.

Yankee that sounds great (I love clams).We are doing louisiana hot links with the big sesame buns and spicy mustard,pasta salad with homegrown garden veggies in it (except olives are store bought),sirlion burgers with american cheese on onion buns, hot dogs for anybody but mainly the kiddies.Washed down by several different imported beers ,also Jack and coke and assorted vodka drinks and jello shots.BTW we just made Ice cream cone stuffed with brownie filling and icing on top for dessert.
