Whats the most holes you've golfed in 1 day?

I've played 36 a few times but I'm playing in a 54 hole 4-man scramble Saturday. Shotgun @ 630, done by dark.

They might be playing 3-man scramble for 9 holes so I can nap 1/2 way thru it.

What I'm thinking on 54 holes.

Actually, around 180 is what it should be in a 4-man scramble. We some average playa's. 9-18 handicaps.

Played 0 holes in my life lol, really find golf boring to be honest. Mini golf/driving range, now thats a different story, but I dont think I could do 18 holes.

Golf is like that for many people.. But if you get the "bug" and start to really play the game it becomes anything but boring.. No matter the skill level it is NEVER the same journey even if you play the same course every day of the week.. No matter if its for a 5 dollar bill or a 100 dollar bill that 5 footer for all the cash still gets the blood pumping and you find out what you are made of down deep.. No teammate to bail you out ..Just you and the ball.. Even in local tournies with basically just pride on the line it still comes down to your name in the paper beside that large number.. Many times you learn alot about people on the course ..When the heat is on the quitters quit and the grinders grind on .. Just like in real life.. The whiners whine... The ill tempered blow up.. Boring to watch.. For sure... Boring to play... Well I quess it could be for some.. But not many.. Pros make it look easy.. It aint.. 54 holes when i was young every Monday.. Now 18 and out..

About 60, used to work the pro shop at a golf course. Unlimited play on your days off was a nice perk!
