Whats the point of not having overnight for bball lines?

What are a book's motivation in not having college bball lines overnight? It's one of the most ridiculous business decisions that could and does turn off customers from your site.

The books have to think about their own pockets as well.
The books are here to take your money.
Why would you think they would give you any kind of an edge??

In case a key player or players are arrested overnight and subsequently suspended from school thus affecting the outcome of the game the next day.

I doubt that, but only for one reason. That would be treated like a NFL QB being a IR player in a Wednesday or something, they just adjust the line and if you had it from before lucky or unlucky you lol.****edit they could also "circle" the game which I've never seen done I've only read about them being ABLE to do it

Also, the one book I know that doesnt have overnight is the same one that offers the rolling wager. What if you just did a parlay with like -650 teams in NCAAB? Then kept rolling wager next day favs at -650 etc... until you decided to stop. Now -650 ML favs DO lose we've all seen that happen but...

You could start with like a 4 team CBB parlay with all -500 or greater teams and then roll wager it with THE NEXT DAYS -500 and greaters.

I could be way off but I noticed ONLY BJ doesnt offer overnight and its the only book with the rolling/virtual wager.

Again I could be way wrong...I do agree that allowing crap schools advanced notice on lines could shade things. However, if you are going to point shave the line doesnt matter. You just play/shave accordingly....holler

Thanks to BlaskSquirrel......people got on Dallas at -8, the overnight line.
Once the books got wind of the injury and adjusted the line to 12, 12.5 the next day.

Those who got on Dallas late either PUSHED or LOST.
