Who are you? Seal? Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man? Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright? |

I just looked at a ling pic and it's similar to a muskey. Maybe it was it, maybe not. If I would have reeled it in I would have gotten nice $ at the market for it whatever it was.

Tops for me was the arctic wolves in Northern Nunavut (about 1/2 of them had blood all over their faces - they had just taken down a musk-ox apparently).
According to a bear hunting guide who operated in the area where some friends and I did some camping (this was off of the Dempster highway in the Tombstone Mountains, Yukon - above treeline), a grizzly was within a kilometre or two of our tent a few times as we spent a few days exploring the area. We were taking all the necessary precautions regarding stashing our food, toothpaste, deodorant, etc and had bear bells + never stopped talking to ourselves / singing if we were wandering on our own. Not sure the "bear spray" would have done much. We saw wolverine scat on some of the higher terrain, but not the beast itself (they are pretty elusive). At home in Ontario I've seen the same as posters above (black bear, fox, moose, deer, beaver, muskrat), but also a fisher. Across the river in the Gatineau hills I was cycling (singletrack) through a hydro clearing with friends once (I was last), and a lynx (?) (it was some sort of cat) was following us along the edge of the clearing. The second I opened my mouth to alert the others, it was gone. Last edited by Meeps; 01-29-2012 at 07:22 PM. |

Not strange but cool. From the local paper. This was about 1.5-2 miles from my house.

Deers are a dime a dozen. Subs often wake up in the morning with deers in their yard. Also lots of small red foxes roaming around in the forest. |

In my town, we have a mouse that wears pants and a duck in a sailor suit.
