What's your favorite dish/meal that your mom/dad/g-parents makes?

Mine is my mom's chicken enchiladas (some people call it king ranch chicken).

This is a tough one, I have to go with either Spaghetti or the way she cooks chicken breasts with her special seasoning. It is so delicious, I could eat 3 for dinner and each night of the week.

my dad makes this breakfast scramble hash.

It has sausage, bacon, green peppers, red peppers, onions, potatoes, cheese, eggs, spices, seasonings, and hot sauce. I think a couple more ingredients, but you all get the idea.

It's pretty basic, but the stuff is so good for breakfast, especially since me and my pops hit the bars when I see him.

He makes it every time I go see him, wish he lived closer, and my mom a little farther.

Rev- potato pancakes are awesome, only my uncle makes them still.
Good thing about Chicago, plenty of delis and markets to buy these.

Lord- spaghetti? it must be some really good sauce and cheese.
my mom makes baked mostaccioli and its great, but thats easy and simple to make. What makes it so good?

Dad makes amazing sauce...hes the italian side what do u expect lol... For the longest time I could not eat at a friends house or anywhere with any other sauce. Anyone that knows sauces know there is really no substitute for homemade stuff, and once you eat good sauce for years crap sauces will really make u gag... and most people can't even make that. Hes a great cook anyways..

As for mother... not as much of a cook, but when she tries she can make some good stuff. Like homemade mac 'n cheese or scalp potatoes n ham
