Question What's Your Internet Provider?
I currently have AT&T, but I have just about lost confidence in these guys. My internet seems to go out at least once a month. They have came here at least 5 times and the last time someone was out here they left a black garbage bag on my phone line and they said it needed to be there

Plus there support line is full of middle easterns who claim there name is billy and they are clearly reading off an index card and have no clue.

So. What do you guys currently use? Are you happy with it? I already have DirecTV and I'm very happy with it, so Comcast is prolly a no.

AT&T has worked fine for me for about 5 years now.
Mine goes thru Apple Airport connector, super super fast, great signal, can play poker at my neighbors.
Comcast is hit or miss, but so is AT&T, have heard problems from friends and family about both.
Tell them you want a credit OR to fix the ****ing problem ASAP!
When you call, give no info until you get a supervisor, have to call sometimes about cable myself. Otherwise, like you said, you get the peons.

verison has always been solid for me...have fios...the box went out one morning around 630am...called in and told them of the problem...they said they would send a tech later in the morning...by 8:15am dude arrived...i was absolutely floored that dude arrived that fast
