even though I was a pitcher, I'd like the higher scoring game - makes for more fun, and we usually pick players in a little game - if your guy goes yard, you have to buy the round or the other one is, $1/inn/person - if your guy goes yard you get the pot.

I do however appreciate good pitching. It's just more fun and a better atmosphere with a close, high scoring game IMO...

I voted for the high scoring game. Baseball is boring enough, with one pitch a minute. Three hours of time for one hour's worth of action, if that.

witnessed white sox and their 2 hits today against texas..was super bored

really think this depends..i was at a cardinal/pirate game earlier in the year and it was awesome watchin carpenter just deal, but at the same time, everyone likes dingers
