When all said and done, where will Albert rank among the all-time great players?

Currently on pace to be considered in the top 10. Have to remember, he will be 33 at the start of next season. Being a class act does hurt him either.

Barring injury top 5 alltime. If you compare Pujols stats at the same age as Willie Mays after 11 years in the league Pujols has around 100 more homers and 300 RBIs. Higher OBP, SLG and career average. Already a HOF lock.

Will be the best overall player when he is done. His glove and base running is over shadowed by his hitting.
Hitting wise, he will be mentioned with Hank Aaron.

He's already a top 3 first baseman of all-time. (Gehrig, Foxx)
I'd say he's in the mix with Ted Williams, Ty Cobb, Babe Ruth, Stan Musial as top 5 position players of all-time (if he continues his pace) He's the best player of the last 40 years and has locked a spot on the all-century team (2000-2100). Albert is a pure slugger and a good fielder. He is in the top 5 first basemen in my book. Not sure exactly what spot but definitely in the top 5. He has a sweet swing and from what I have heard he is an awesome person. I would do whatever I had to do to keep him on my ball club. He will be in the HOF
