Lightbulb Who is the greatest capper of them all?
New to the site and was wondering who has the hottest plays. It looks to me like dolla bill tears'em up pretty good - who else should i keep on the radar?

I am not as interested in the hottest capper as much as the capper who hits at at least 58% and has a track record of at least 3 years.
