Who Has There Christmas Tree Up?

Not yet, but getting close. The day after Thanksgiving we put ours up. Already put the Christmas decorations outside and will light them up the day after Thanksgiving also.

I've got mine up. Been a week but it's not decorated yet. I will this weekend. It's behind my 56" TV which is going out in a couple days.

Most of all...I started my seasonal cooking two weeks ago:

-8 tourtiere (meat pies) minus one already--lol.

-a marmite of chicken/pork/beef stew with vegetables.

-cooked a marmite of beef/pork chili last night...but have a feeling it will be all consumed by the end weekend with the Grey Cup Game on Sunday.

-will bake chocolate chip cookies and a couple pies--strawberry/rhubarb and also cherry. Heck, probably blueberry and an apple pie as well...any day when i'm in the mood.

this is when I stop listening to country stations... so, talk radio and non-country is the order of the day after Thanksgiving... I know all of you are going to say iPod... but I don't have one... not sure I really want / need one.

Mine is artificial but if you have a natural tree it doesn't last that long for sure.
